Social Musings 101: Rest

Sometime on our quest for success, we often times put too much on our plates. And when this happens it is best to take a break or rest and then begin again. If you have ever ran really really far then you understand this concept. Or if you have gone running and forget to chap your nipples or inner thighs then you get contact burn from the constant friction against your skin.
