Many times today people with small production or budgets are laughed at…..most of those guys give up because they look silly or stupid for where they actually are….but some business owners don’t give up and refuse to fold even under the most unfortunate and difficult circumstances….one of those business owners was influential in the founding of Frito -Lay. His name was Herman Lay and he sold photo chips out of the trunk of his car……..Charles Elmer Doolin brought a recipe for corn chips for $100 (which he borrowed from his mother).
